Pavlo’s. Start at the bottom and work your way up. Lots of people have this upside down and wonder why they get stuck in a plateau or continue to not reach their goals. You start with you basic needs and move toward your wants.
Edit: Hmm this is Maslow’s pyramid. But some argue he based it upon Pavlo’s dog theory? I need to do more research. Until then consider it my pyramid!
